1974 Fender American Precision P Bass w/ OHSC USA 1974 Fender Precision Bass. serial # 511038 on the neck plate. Very good condition with normal wear, all original except for the pickup that was changed to a DiMarzio. There are some normal dings and scratches for a 37 year old instrument. The finish has some checking giving the bass a very cool vibe. The neck is straight with great action and a very comfortable feel, the frets are in very good condition. Black finish with all maple neck and black pickguard. A previous owner put some numbers on the neckplate and the rear of the headstock. The Precision Bass is a comfortable weight at just 8 lbs 11 oz., plays and sound great. A great piece for the player or investor as the 70’s Fenders are continuing increase in value.
